Okay flexibility for BPO roles, could be better
Working here as a Customer Service Representative had its ups and downs, especially with work flexibility. It's a typical BPO environment in Manila.
They do offer some WFH options, which is a big plus for a BPO company. As a Customer Service Representative, being able to work remote from Manila helps a lot. It's nice to avoid the daily commute sometimes.
True flexibility is still tough. You can't just change your schedule often, even for personal stuff. Remote work isn't guaranteed and depends a lot on the client project, which feels a bit random. Sometimes, it's onsite work with no real option to go hybrid even if you want to.
Try to standardize remote work policies across all client projects. Give experienced agents more autonomy over their schedules. It would really improve employee morale.
