Okay for WFH, but shifts are strict

MicroSourcing offers some remote work benefits, which is a plus for the BPO industry. However, don't expect much flexibility with your actual work schedule or shift changes.


Pros

I liked that there's a good WFH option available, which is huge for an **outsourcing company** like this. As a **Data Entry Specialist**, it really helped cut down on commute time in **Manila**. The equipment they provide for remote work is decent too.


Cons

The work flexibility really ends there, though. You don't get much say in your shifts, they're pretty fixed once assigned. It's tough to swap shifts if something comes up, even in a **hybrid work** setup.


Advice to Management

Try to offer more flexible scheduling or allow easier shift swaps for team members. It would really improve morale and help with work-life balance.
