Company Reviews

Netbank is the first fully regulated Filipino bank built to power fintechs.
We combine the speed and flexibility of a fintech with the trust and stability of a bank—helping digital financial service providers launch and scale faster in the Philippines.

What we offer:
• Banking-as-a-Service (accounts, APIs, payments, cards)
• Funding for digital lending
• White-label mobile banking apps

Why it matters:
The Philippines has low banking penetration but high digital adoption. We provide the technology and tools fintechs need to reach more Filipinos, while they stay focused on delivering great customer experiences.

Today, we’re already working with alternative lenders, payment gateways, fintech and digital financial platforms—helping them expand faster and serve customers better.

Our mission: Empower fintechs and financial institutions to innovate, grow, and drive financial inclusion across the Philippines.

Leadership is Hit or Miss in Retail Banking
Pros: I've learned a ton as a Loan Officer here. The training for financial services is solid. My direct manager was really supportive, which helped with career growth.
Cons: Upper management changes direction constantly. There's a real lack of clear vision from the top. It makes things tough for hybrid employees in the Dallas office.
Advice to Management: Please work on consistent messaging and strategic planning. Employees need a clear path forward. Invest in leadership development across all levels.
