Pros: It's a pretty stable company in the financial services industry. Some of the senior folks, especially the team leads, really know their stuff. You learn a lot if you're proactive about it.
Cons: The top-tier leadership, however, sometimes feels out of touch. Decision-making can be slow, which is tough for junior roles like an Investment Analyst. There's not always clear direction from them.
Advice to Management: Leadership needs to work on clearer communication and faster decision processes. Empowering middle management more could help a lot.
