Pros: The training program for new hires is solid, especially for guest-facing roles. You learn a lot about large-scale resort operations. It's a good place to get your foot in the door of the casino and hospitality industry in Manila.
Cons: Career growth is really tough here. As a Guest Services Associate, I found promotions were rare, and there aren't many clear paths for advancement. You can hit a ceiling pretty fast, even in this big corporate environment. It feels like they don't prioritize developing their entry-level staff much.
Advice to Management: Invest more in developing clear career paths for dedicated team members. Many people, especially in operational roles, want to grow. Create better promotion opportunities and provide mentorship so people don't feel stuck in their current positions at the resort.
