Leadership's okay, but room for improvement
Pros: Some immediate team leads are actually great. They're supportive and help you navigate the workload in the BPO industry. There's good camaraderie with your direct teammates.
Cons: The senior management in the Cebu City office can feel pretty detached. It's tough to get clear answers on company direction, and sometimes changes just hit you out of the blue. Transparency isn't their strong suit.
Advice to Management: You guys need to connect more with the frontline staff. Be more transparent about decisions. It'd really boost morale if leadership was more approachable.
