Leadership's okay, but could be clearer
Pros: The senior managers, especially in the Pasay office, are generally approachable. They do listen to feedback during regular team meetings. For real estate development roles, that open door policy is a plus.
Cons: Sometimes there's a real lack of clear directives, which makes planning tough for Project Managers. Decisions often take too long to come down, slowing down our property management projects. It's hard to get a straight answer sometimes.
Advice to Management: Work on clearer communication and faster decision-making. Empower team leads more, especially for onsite teams in this big corporate structure.
