Cons: The company culture feels a bit disconnected, especially with the hybrid model. It's hard to build strong bonds outside your immediate team. Leadership isn't always visible or proactive in fostering a cohesive environment, which is tough for a mid-sized firm.
Advice to Management: Focus on strengthening internal communication and events to really bring people together, especially across departments and for those in the Chicago office. Leadership needs to be more visible and actively champion the company culture.
