Pros: I liked that there's a hybrid model, so I wasn't always stuck in the Manila office. As a Data Analyst, I could usually get two WFH days a week. It definitely helps avoid that insane Manila traffic, which is a huge plus.
Cons: It's not truly flexible, you know? While some WFH is available, it's pretty strict on which days you can be remote. For most BPO operations roles, there aren't many fully remote options, which can be tough if you're looking for that.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more consistent fully remote positions for certain roles, especially for experienced staff. Trust your teams more with their WFH schedule.
