Pros: The team environment in the Manila office was pretty solid. You get decent health benefits for the BPO industry. There's a good onboarding process too.
Cons: Work-life balance is a real problem, especially as a Customer Service Representative. Expect frequent graveyard shifts and mandatory overtime. It's hard to make plans outside of work with the unpredictable schedule.
Advice to Management: Management needs to seriously look at staffing levels and overtime policies. Reducing forced overtime and offering more stable schedules would really help with employee burnout and retention.
