Cons: There are definitely periods of intense crunch. As a Property Development Analyst, I've had many late nights during project launches. It can be tough to keep boundaries sometimes in the Manila office.
Advice to Management: Try to really enforce protected time off and reduce the expectation of always being online, especially after hours. More clarity on project timelines could also help.
