Pros: The hybrid work setup here is pretty flexible for the Austin team. My manager totally gets it, which helps. You can usually hit around 40-45 hours most weeks if you manage your tasks well.
Cons: Sometimes, those project deadlines can push you past normal hours. It's a growing tech startup, so the pace is fast, which is expected. It's tough to really disconnect sometimes after work.
