Leadership has its ups and downs here
Pros: The team I worked with as a Software Engineer was really solid, super collaborative. We had some cool projects in enterprise software development. Also, the Makati City office location is pretty central.
Cons: Upper leadership can feel pretty disconnected from the day-to-day. Decisions often come down without much explanation, which is tough for project planning. There's not a clear path for internal career growth or promotion.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent with your teams, especially on strategic decisions. Give us more insight into why changes are happening. Invest in clearer career progression for technical roles too.

Growth is Slow Here for IT Professionals
Pros: You learn a lot just by doing. They let you work on different mobile app development projects. It's decent exposure to various tech stacks if you're proactive.
Cons: There's no clear career path for IT consulting roles. Promotions are rare and salary bumps are small. It's tough to move up as a software engineer in the Manila office.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer paths for advancement. Invest in training and mentorship for software developers. It would help retain talent in our hybrid work setup.

Leadership needs more clear direction
Pros: The WFH flexibility is solid, which is great for work-life balance. We often get to work on interesting mobile app development projects, which keeps things engaging.
Cons: Leadership often makes decisions without enough input from the teams actually building the enterprise solutions. It's frustrating when directives change constantly; it makes project planning tough for engineers. There's also not enough mentorship for career growth from senior management.
Advice to Management: Really listen to your front-line engineers and project managers. Clearer long-term vision for our enterprise solutions would help everyone. Invest more in leadership training.

Okay place for developers, but growth is slow.
Pros: It's a good place to get started in software development, especially for junior Software Engineer roles. You'll learn a lot about mobile app development and working on different digital solutions. The team in the Manila office is generally helpful.
Cons: Career growth really slows down after your first couple of years here. There's not much of a clear path for advancement, which can be tough if you're looking to progress. You often feel stuck in your current role.
Advice to Management: Focus on building clearer career paths for experienced Software Engineer roles and invest in formal mentorship programs. This would really help with employee retention and overall talent development in the tech industry.

Okay Flexibility for Software Engineers
Pros: The company offers a decent hybrid model. As a Software Engineer, I appreciate the option to work from home a few days a week, which really helps with my commute in Manila. This flexibility is a big plus for work-life balance.
Cons: Sometimes the hybrid setup feels a bit forced, not truly flexible. We still have mandatory in-office days that can be disruptive, especially for critical mobile development projects. It's not full WFH, so plan for some office time.
Advice to Management: Listen to feedback on remote work options. More trust for fully remote days would boost morale and productivity.
