Pros: Job security here is pretty good for Software Engineer roles, especially in the growing cybersecurity industry. They're an established tech firm, so you don't feel the startup jitters. It's stable, even with a WFH setup.
Cons: While secure, growth opportunities can feel a bit slow sometimes. There's not always a clear path upwards, which can be tough. Sometimes it feels like they play it too safe.
Advice to Management: Management could really focus on creating clearer career growth paths for us engineers. It would help a lot with retention.
