Pros: For a mid-sized recruitment firm, there are definitely opportunities to learn the talent acquisition process quickly. The team environment, especially among fellow Recruitment Consultants, is pretty solid and collaborative in the Manila office.
Cons: Leadership often feels detached from day-to-day operations. Feedback isn't always constructive, and there's a lack of clear strategy from the top for new consultants. It can be tough when you're looking for guidance.
Advice to Management: Listen more to your Recruitment Consultants. Provide clearer direction and consistent support, especially for those new to the talent acquisition industry.
