Pros: For many roles in information services, they do offer a decent hybrid model. It's a huge plus to not have to battle Manila traffic every single day, especially if your team lead is understanding about WFH days. This makes a big difference for work-life balance.
Cons: As a Data Entry Specialist, I found true flexibility pretty tough to get. Even with the hybrid setup, most of my tasks really needed me in the Manila office, limiting real work_flexibility. Getting approval for full remote work is almost impossible for BPO roles, even when the job technically allows it.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more genuine work_flexibility across all departments, not just for senior roles. Re-evaluate which BPO roles can truly be remote; it would boost morale and retention.

Pros: For some content roles, especially as a Content Editor, working from home is definitely an option. The hybrid work setup helps a lot with commuting in Taguig, Philippines, which is a big plus for work-life balance.
Cons: It's not consistent across all teams in this corporate environment, though. Some managers are super rigid, and you can't always get the WFH days you want, even if your specific publishing industry tasks allow for it.
Advice to Management: Try to make work flexibility more consistent across the board. Give team leads more power to approve WFH requests, especially for content roles that don't need constant onsite presence.
