Good for remote work, culture needs work.
Pros: I've been a virtual assistant here for a while. The work arrangement is fully remote, which is awesome for flexibility. I can manage my own schedule and clients for the most part.
Cons: The company culture is pretty hands-off, so it can feel a bit isolating sometimes. There's not much team interaction, which makes building connections tough. It's hard to feel like part of a 'company' when everyone's so spread out.
