It's a fast-paced environment, good if you love constant projects, but it really eats into your personal time.
You get to work on some really interesting interior design projects for major clients. There's a decent team vibe, and the office in Singapore is pretty modern. They do try to offer some hybrid work options when things aren't too crazy.
For Architectural Designer roles, the deadlines are brutal. Expect to put in long hours regularly, often working late nights, especially when project phases overlap. Work-life balance here is definitely a struggle; it's hard to disconnect.
Management needs to really look at resource allocation and project timelines. It feels like the design teams are always stretched too thin, leading to burnout. More realistic deadlines would help a lot.
