Hybrid model is okay, but inconsistent
Pros: The hybrid model is actually pretty solid here for us consultant engineers. I could usually do 2 days WFH, which helped a lot with my commute. It's nice not being stuck in the Rotterdam office every single day, especially during busy project phases.
