Flexibility Needs Work for Field Roles
Pros: The people I worked with in the Johnston, IA office were genuinely great. They've got solid benefits for a big corporate company too. The agricultural research and seed production work is important, so that feels good.
Cons: Work flexibility is a huge challenge, especially for Field Agronomist positions. There's not much room for hybrid work, it's mostly onsite. Expect long hours during peak seasons; it's tough on your work-life balance.
