The Purchasing cum Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting the company's procurement and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. 1. Purchasing & Procurement

• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company procedures.

• Ensure all purchasing and administrative activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and supplier agreements.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities

The Finance Manager is responsible for end-to-end finance and accounts management for a project-driven engineering business.

This is a hands-on role covering financial control, project costing, cashflow management, statutory compliance, and management reporting across Malaysia and Singapore entities.
