• Bekerjasama dengan pasukan HR dalam pelbagai projek dan tugasan.

• Pelajar universiti semasa yang sedang mengikuti ijazah dalam Ukur Bahan, M&E, Kejuruteraan, Perniagaan, Kewangan atau bidang yang berkaitan
• Kemahiran analitikal dan penyelesaian masalah yang kuat
• Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang cemerlang
• Kebolehan bekerja secara berkesan dalam persekitaran berpasukan
• Semangat untuk belajar dan kesediaan untuk menghadapi cabaran baharu
• Kebolehan mengendalikan maklumat sulit dengan berhati-hati.
• Kemahiran dalam aplikasi Microsoft Office, seperti Excel, Word, dan PowerPoint.
• Mampu menulis, membaca dan bertutur dalam bahasa Mandarin untuk berkomunikasi dengan berkesan dengan pelanggan yang berbahasa Mandarin.
• Terbuka kepada pelatih yang tinggal di Pulau Pinang.
