What You’ll DoSite Mastery: Daily field visits to franchise outlets to ensure they look and run perfectly.
Brand Guardian: Audit service standards and aesthetics—make sure the brand shines!
Partner Success: Help franchisees solve problems and keep their business running smoothly.
HQ Link: Report store health and local challenges directly to the Operations Manager.
Trilingual Superstars: Must speak English, Malay, and Mandarin/Chinese fluently.
Retail DNA: 1-2 years in New Retail, F&B, or Store Management.
Road Warriors: Must have your own transport and love being 100% out in the field.
Startup Mindset: High energy, proactive, and ready to move at record speed.
Locals First: Priority given to local Malaysians (Chinese/Malay).
