Key Responsibilities - Operational Oversight: Conduct regular field visits, inspections, and supervision of franchise outlets.
- Quality Control: Ensure all rebranded stores comply with operational standards, service quality, and brand guidelines.
- Partner Support: Support franchise partners in resolving operational issues to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor store performance and provide management with updates on operational challenges and local market conditions.
Requirements - Experience: Prior experience in New Retail or physical store operations management is preferred.
- Automotive industry experience is not required; transferable operational and management skills are highly valued.
- Mobility: Comfortable working in a fully field-based role with frequent travel across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
