Our award-winning culture embraces a bold vision of where technology can take us and a passion for tackling challenging problems with industry-first solutions. We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.

Responsibilities

  • Schematic Design: Develop detailed schematics using industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro), focusing on precision analog signal chains.
  • Component Selection: Conduct trade-off studies for passive components (high-stability resistors, low-leakage capacitors) and peripheral ICs to support the TI chipset.
  • PCB Layout: Design a multi-layer PCB with a heavy emphasis on Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) to minimize DC noise floors and thermal gradients.
  • Hardware Validation: Perform "bring-up" of the prototype boards. Use high-end test equipment (DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Precision Current Sources) to verify DCI performance metrics.
  • Documentation: Generate comprehensive design reports, test plans, and performance characterization data to assist the R&D team in final product integration.

Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Circuit Theory: Strong fundamental understanding of analog circuits, specifically Op-Amps, ADC/DAC architectures, and voltage references.
  • EDA Tools: Basic proficiency in PCB design software (Altium, KiCad, or Orcad). Experience with spice-based simulation (LTSpice, TINA-TI) is a plus.
  • Lab Skills: Hands-on experience with basic lab equipment (Multimeters and Power Supplies) and proficiency in soldering SMD components (0603/0402 packages).
