Responsible for monitoring systems to detect deficiencies and recommending changes and solutions
Act as technical advisor to stakeholders and project teams
Gather user requirements and feedback
Oversee or support system testing to validate functionality, security and performance
Develop long-term support and maintenance plans for deployed systems
Conduct market research to support the development of newly proposed digital solutions.
Work closely with team member to develop differentiated digital product.
Management of all product requirements including system fixes and enhancements and implementation of regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Ensure that the Islamic products are compliant with Shariah, legal and regulatory requirements at all times.
Research to maintain competitiveness of the product suite and assess marketability of new digital products to be developed.
Drafting of product documentation, including vetting materials, provided by stakeholders.
Provide assistance and guidance for relevant queries via Islamic Helpdesk.
Execution of ad hoc projects.
