We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and business analysis for Shopee Xpress. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights, support budgeting processes, and identify opportunities for cost and productivity improvements.
Job Description
- Perform periodic financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis for Shopee Xpress.
- Conduct detailed business analysis by category and format, including assessment of risks, profitability, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor forecasts against budgets and track business performance.
- Support the annual budgeting process and long-term business planning activities.
- Work closely with the Operations Excellence team to identify cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or any related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business finance, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in strategy consulting or financial consulting are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide business insights.
