Description
- Perform monthly financial reviews, reconciliations, and post required adjustments.
- Prepare financial statements and coordinate statutory filings (XBRL, ACRA, annual returns).
- Liaise with Company Secretary on statutory matters, including resolutions and compliance.
- Manage tax compliance, including estimation, filings, and tax computations.
- Review cost statements and support export tariff grants, customs, and FTA applications.
- Maintain G/L accounts, ensure timely postings, and perform WHT analysis for tax claims.
- Provide financial data for regulatory surveys and work closely with auditors and stakeholders.
- Support issue resolution, ad-hoc tasks, and continuous process improvements.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Must have prior audit experience
- Professional qualification such as ACCA/MIA/CPA/ICAEW is required.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills in a regional or cross-functional environment.
