Job Description
- Direct the end‑to‑end financial reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance with statutory standards, and proper consolidation of group entities.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting activities to drive informed strategic planning and cost control across initiatives.
- Establish and refine financial policies, controls, and procedures to strengthen operational effectiveness and governance.
- Manage cash flow planning and treasury operations, including hedging strategies, to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial exposure.
- Interpret financial results and conduct analytical reviews to deliver insights that enhance business performance and support decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and uphold financial integrity.
- Lead, coach, and empower the Accounting & Finance team to meet functional goals and maintain high professional standards.
- Partner with senior leadership on financial planning, risk management, and international tax matters to support sustainable growth and regulatory compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Financial Controller Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with professional certifications being an advantage.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage cash flow and treasury operations effectively.
- Experience in leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and the ability to provide strategic insights.
