Job Summary
Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the mall's car park by ensuring parking equipment is functioning properly, assisting customers, and maintaining a safe and orderly parking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect car park machines and equipment, and report any faults for repair.
- Refill parking tickets at entry stations to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Assist in directing traffic flow during peak periods and special events.
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide assistance on parking-related matters, such as lost or faulty parking tickets.
- Conduct routine patrols and monitor CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the car park.
- Provide basic assistance during emergencies and administer first aid when qualified.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including personal data protection requirements.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic english.
- Prior experience in car park operations, security, customer service, or related fields is an added advantage.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
