Cons: Work flexibility is really low here. As a Marketing Executive, I was always expected in the Petaling Jaya office, no matter what. It's tough to manage personal stuff, and hybrid options just aren't a thing.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more hybrid work options for roles that don't require constant onsite presence. It would really help attract and retain talent in this competitive corporate retail environment.
