Inside Sales Representative (Technical B2B / Industrial Solutions)


Location: Singha Complex, Bangkok, Thailand (On-site)

Employment Type: 11-Month Contract (Potential Permanent Opportunity)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: Rotational Shift (08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00)

Salary Range: Basic salary 35,000 THB - 40,000 THB + Sales Incentive 10-12% upon successful sale


About the Role

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle for a technical B2B product portfolio. You will engage decision-makers remotely, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth from prospecting through deal closure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and engage technical and executive stakeholders via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Execute end-to-end sales process — lead generation → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closure
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with clients
  • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and activity logs in CRM (daily)
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and conversion targets
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and account management teams to drive deal velocity
  • Prepare and deliver product pitches tailored to technical buyer personas

Requirements

  • Language Requirement: Excellent in Vietnamese and Business-level English proficiency (written and spoken) — mandatory
  • 1–3 years of inside sales, technical sales, or B2B sales experience
  • Background in mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, HVAC, manufacturing, or related technical field — preferred but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive-level contacts
  • Strong listening, objection-handling, and closing skills
  • Business-level English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Should be open to travel to events/field visits/meet clients, if required. This is a desk job.
