Job Summary:

Provide prompt, professional sales & sales support to internal and external customers with accuracy and efficiency. The inside sales representative will support regional sales managers and agents in attaining sales goals through effective relationship building with customers, developing quotes & pricing, order entry, and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works within a team environment to build strong customer relationships to achieve monthly/annual sales targets and customer retention
  • Manages an existing book of business and development of new customers within a defined territory.
  • Develops customer quotes, pricing and follow-up using a CRM system. Utilizes CRM to communicate sales pipeline and development of short-range product forecasts.
  • Performs outbound calling and lead prospecting as required.
  • Interfaces with customers and internal resources to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and provides technical assistance on Dynisco’s products and services
  • Enters intercompany orders and works collaboratively with sourcing teams.
  • Manages customer adoption rate and sign-up for our eCommerce platform
  • Manages incoming customer phone calls and email inquiries from customers, company representatives, and sales managers.
  • Primary point of contact for setting up customers, entering customer orders in an ERP system and post-sales support for technical assistance, repair or returned items

  • Strong commitment to the customer and will work collaboratively with peers and cross-functional teams to ensure our customers’ needs are met.

  • Drive a proactive sales approach that prioritizes customer needs and anticipates market opportunities.
  • Experience selling technical products in a B2B environment.
  • Active quote management and follow-up to meet department goals.
  • Delivers high-quality customer experience from initial contact through to close.
  • Support strategic account development and upsell opportunities by maintaining a strong understanding of customer business challenges.
  • Continues to integrate new ideas, processes and approaches to streamline interactions to eliminate waste and support both our external and internal customers.


Operational Excellence

  • Identify and implement process improvements and tools to drive efficiency and scalability.
  • Familiarity with contract review, export compliance regulatory practices and order management processes


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales of technical products to B2B customers
  • Multilingual capabilities (English, Chinese) required.
  • Proficient in various business systems (CRM, ERP, Microsoft Office Products) and familiarity with other digital marketing and business social media platforms.
