Job Description
- Plan customers demand in accordance to product requirement.
- Derive monthly production schedule for the execution of dipping plants.
- Commit a reasonable ETD for customer demand in accordance to capacity availability.
- Firm the customer sales order in AX system.
- Provide a desirable ETD for customer enquiry.
- Input daily production output in the respective product spread sheet.
- Ensure correctness when entering data (quantity & sizes) in respective product spread sheet.
- Discuss with Sales & Marketing for any potential shipment required delays due to inability to meet the original committed ETD.
- Conduct daily short discussion with the respective QCP Executives, shipping & packaging section on shipment status.
- Attend weekly shipment meeting which is chair by shipping department.
- Inform purchasing on any packaging required advance delivery due to special production run.
- Keep track of inventory movement (work in progress & temporary packing) on a daily basis.
- Submit a summary inventory status to Director Manufacturing/Senior Manager – Operation on a monthly basis.
- Work closely with compounding head on raw material planning.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned.
