Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support to customers through various communication channels.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Accurately update and maintain customer information in the company system.
Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned.
Working Hours:
Shift-based schedule
Working hours Mon: Fri is 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
Two off days on weekdays (rotational basis).
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification or above.
Good customer service mindset with a passion for serving customers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to interact confidently with customers from all levels.
Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia effectively.
Computer literate and able to operate computer systems efficiently.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
