Key Responsibilities

Work at Construction Site
Coordinate and enforce site safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with regulatory requirements.
Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementation.
Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and documentation.
Organize and conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and training sessions.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports with preventive measures.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment at all times.
Support emergency response planning and drills.

Requirements

Must possess a valid DOSH / JKKP Yellow Book registration.
Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or construction.
At least 1 year of experience in construction or finishing trades is highly preferred.
Good technical knowledge in flooring systems is an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and solve problems on site.
Possess a valid driving license and able to work at project sites based on schedule.
