Job Decriptions

  • Support the Project Manager in gathering equipment, resources and information to implement upcoming projects
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Help to prepare budgets
  • Maintain budgets by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Maintain work schedules
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
  • Monitor the daily progress of projects
  • Determine project changes
  • Provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
  • Develop project strategies
  • Organise and participate in shareholder meetings
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary

  • Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  • Ensure the clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
  • When any important decisions or action items are made during the meeting, the Project Coordinator need to follow up on these with the necessary parties who are assigned these responsibilities
  • Coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
  • Ensure all deadlines for certain projects are met
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
  • Perform billing and bookkeeping tasks
  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
  • Oversee project procurement management
  • Ensure resources and equipment are always available
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance test
