Responsibilities:

  • Excellent knowledge of Ms Office
  • Reporting to HR & Finance Manager
  • Prepare payment voucher, invoice, purchase order or any other document related
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of cilents, company and etc
  • Ensure all admin documentations properly filed
  • Perform any duty as assigned from time to time
  • Prefer can start work immediately

Requirements:

  • Possess at least SPM Level
  • At least 1 year experience 
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

*Required Possess Own Transport, Transport Allowance Given.
