Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to Management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Management's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation when required.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
  • Organize, maintain, and update confidential documents and records.
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in event planning and meeting coordination.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and personal matters as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Executive.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and detail-oriented.
