We are seeking an Assistant to CEO to join our team. The Assistant to CEO will be responsible for the following:

  1. PMER (Planning, Monitoring, Evaluating, and Reporting):
  • Support the CEO in planning strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and prepare comprehensive reports for review.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and objectives.
  1. Special Projects:
  • Assist in the execution of special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and delivery of objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project needs and facilitate communication between departments.
  1. Calendar Management:
  • Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to ensure optimal time management and productivity.
  1. Communication and Administrative Support: -
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the CEO, including document management, expense reporting, and office coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an executive/personal assistant or in a similar role.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism. Willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Attentive to details.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage working relationships at all levels within the company
  • Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin (spoken & written).
