Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Executive to support daily

logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations. The candidate will be responsible for shipment

coordination, inventory management, ERP/WMS operation, and cross-functional communication to

ensure smooth operational flow and inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and monitor overseas shipments from China and local supplier deliveries with suppliers

and appointed 3PL forwarders, including shipment schedule follow-up, delivery arrangement, and

shipment status tracking to ensure smooth operations.

· Manage delivery arrangements between 3PL providers and warehouse operations to ensure timely

inbound and outbound activities, proper coordination, and smooth inventory flow.

· Handle inbound and outbound inventory transactions accurately through ERP/WMS systems,

including goods receiving, stock transfer, inventory adjustment, and system record maintenance.

· Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, inventory balance, and serial number tracking control

to ensure proper inventory management and operational accuracy.

· Support inventory planning, replenishment activities, and stock allocation together with Sales, Operations, and Procurement teams to ensure sufficient stock availability and smooth business operations.

· Conduct stock takes activities, inventory reconciliation, and discrepancy investigation to maintain

accurate inventory records and warehouse control.

· Perform warehouse/site visits to 3PL warehouses when required to monitor warehouse operations,

inventory condition, stock accuracy, and operational compliance.

· Prepare inventory and logistics related reports, shipment status updates, and ensure all operational

records and documentation are properly maintained and updated.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics coordination, inventory accuracy,

warehouse operations, and overall operational efficiency.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience in ERP/WMS systems and inventory control processes.
  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Advantage

  • Experience handling China import shipments and 3PL coordination
  • Experience in serial number inventory management.
  • Familiar with import/export and SIRIM related operational processes.
