Pros: They're pretty understanding if you need to come in a bit late for personal appointments. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is great, everyone pitches in. For an IT Support Specialist, the day-to-day demands are generally predictable.
Cons: True remote work isn't really an option here, we're almost always onsite. There isn't much flexibility for hybrid work arrangements either, which is tough for some of us. Sometimes weekend on-call rotations can really disrupt personal plans.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more hybrid work options, especially for technical support roles that don't require constant onsite presence. It would really help with employee morale and retention.
