Cons: When big project deadlines hit, especially for architectural design, overtime is a real thing. Sometimes there's pressure to work weekends in the Kuala Lumpur office for client pitches. It can be tough to plan personal life when schedules suddenly change.
Advice to Management: Try to forecast project needs better to avoid last-minute rushes. More clearly define expectations around weekend work, or offer proper compensation for it.
