Pros: For a Sales Executive, you get decent autonomy. I can mostly manage my own schedule out in the field. It's helpful for hitting targets and working around client visits.
Cons: Work-from-home policy is super strict for most. Unless you're in sales or travel, you're expected onsite every day. This really limits work flexibility for many support roles.
Advice to Management: Consider more flexible work arrangements, especially for administrative and support staff. It would really help with retention and morale across the corporate office.
