Decent place to start, not much growth.
Pros: It's a huge company, so there are always roles open if you look hard enough. As an Operations Supervisor in the Atlanta, GA office, I got solid experience in warehouse operations and managing a team. Good for getting your foot in the door in logistics if you're new.
Cons: But real career growth can feel pretty stagnant. It's tough to move up without a clear path or proper development for management roles. You can get stuck doing the same thing for years as an Operations Supervisor.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer promotion tracks and invest more in training for upward mobility. It would help a lot with retaining good people.

Pay is okay, benefits are decent at DHL
Pros: The health insurance options are actually pretty good here. They also have a decent 401k match, which is nice for long-term planning. For a big player in the corporate supply chain industry, the benefits package is solid.
Cons: Base pay for my Logistics Coordinator role wasn't super competitive, especially for the workload being an onsite role. Raises are often small and you really have to fight for them. Don't expect big bonuses either, it's pretty standard.
Advice to Management: Managers should push for better starting salaries to attract top talent, especially for key roles like Logistics Coordinators. Also, review the annual raise structure; it feels a bit stagnant for employees committed to the company.
