Pros: It's a solid place to learn about warehouse automation and robotics if you're new to the industry. As a Software Engineer, I got to work on some pretty cool intralogistics projects, especially with their automated storage systems. The team in the Denver office is generally supportive and you get exposed to diverse tech.
Cons: Honestly, career growth here is tough. There aren't many clear paths for advancement for Software Engineer roles unless you're willing to move into management. You often have to switch teams or projects to gain new skills, which isn't always easy. It feels like lateral moves are more common than promotions, especially if you want to stay technical.
Advice to Management: Upper management really needs to invest more in clear career development programs for individual contributors, not just management tracks. Help your technical talent see a future here beyond just project work. Maybe offer more internal training for advanced skills too.
