Decent Benefits, Salary Needs Work
Working at Sitecore was an okay experience overall. The benefits package is decent, but the salary really lags behind the market, especially for tech roles. It's tough to feel valued when you know you could earn more elsewhere.
The health insurance for my family was pretty solid. I also liked the unlimited PTO policy, it felt generous for a big tech company. The overall benefit package isn't bad.
For a Software Engineer, the base salary just isn't competitive with other companies. Bonuses are usually pretty small, too. You won't get rich working remote from Texas on this comp.
Seriously review the salary bands for all technical roles. You're losing good people to competitors who pay market rate. Competitive compensation is key for retention.
