Pros: I really like the WFH flexibility; it's a huge plus for my work-life balance. As a Data Analyst, I get to work with some pretty interesting financial market data, which is a good learning experience. The benefits package is solid for a big corporate company.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit siloed sometimes, especially when you're working remotely from Texas. There isn't always a strong sense of team cohesion across different projects. Decision-making for new initiatives in financial services can be slow and bureaucratic.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more cross-team collaboration, especially for remote employees. Improve communication around big corporate changes. It'd help a lot with the overall company culture.

Pros: The work-life balance here is actually quite good, especially for a large financial data firm. My team in the Denver office respects boundaries. We've got a flexible hybrid model, doing two days in the office and three remote, which makes managing personal life much easier.
Cons: Career growth for data analyst roles isn't always super clear, sometimes it feels a bit ad-hoc. Also, for entry-level finance roles, the pay could be a bit more competitive compared to other major players.
