Pros: It's really nice to work remote from home. As a Data Annotator, I can usually set my own schedule for tasks, which is awesome for work-life balance.
Cons: The biggest issue is inconsistent project availability. Sometimes there's no linguistic data or other projects for days, making it hard to count on steady income.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more consistent project pipelines for remote workers. It would really help with income stability for folks like me.
