Job Security is Decent for Fintech Roles
Pros: The company is growing fast, which means plenty of work for engineers. As a Software Engineer, you feel fairly secure because the fintech industry is booming globally. It's a stable employer for payment processing roles.
Cons: There's high performance pressure, and if you don't keep up, you might feel on the edge. Restructuring can happen pretty fast, which makes some people nervous about their roles. It's not a relaxed corporate job.
Advice to Management: Try to communicate changes more clearly and give teams more time to adapt. Better support for work-life balance would help reduce burnout.
